IMM 5669 - Schedule A

Hi,
I have received a request for PC and medical again which is understandable as it has been more than a year since we submitted our application.
But can anyone why did I receive to submit IMM 5669 form for myself and my husband as we have already provided all the information in our application.
Also, I received a request for proof of Income for my two previous jobs. Is it normal for them to request this form and proof of income?

How long did it take to get Security stage passed after ADR IMM5669 acknowledged or changed to NA under MyCIC account?
