Hello i am a little bit confused about this question. The question is what is your highest level of education? My education is 3 years trade school for masonry. The options are High school, College/university, or post graduate studies. can i write mine as post graduate studies? thank you nic

Post graduate means you already have a degree in something. Write College/University.

From reading on your previous post, I believed that you are the principal applicant ( you are the one applying for PR sponsored by a spouse/ common law) . IM5540 is a SPONSOR QUESTIONNAIRE i think, your common law partner should be answering this form.

I know that spousal sponsorship forms could be quite a bit confusing, I would suggest that you seek a help of an acquitance/friend to help you fill up the forms who had already done the same process.
