Imm 5533 - the checklist, in the "proof of relationship to sponsor" section on pages 7-9, says near the top, under "Are you and your spouse currently living together -> NO",

Proof of contact: provide letters, printed text messages, emails ... provide a maximum of ten pages with your application.

Is this ten page maximum limited to this single bullet point? Or to the whole section? Or to the whole application?

  • I'm going to provide a copy of my passport with the application, but that's almost certainly not coming out of the ten page limit. This almost certainly doesn't come out of the ten pages, right?
  • I'm also going to provide airline tickets as proof of visitations, in response to the bullet directly below. Do those count against the ten pages?
  • further down in the same section, the form asks for "other proof that your relationship is recognized by your friends and/or family (eg letters, social media etc)". Seems pretty similar. Should this count against the ten pages?

Ten pages only apply to that bullet point. i-e, any means of contact with your partner, call logs, texts, whats app chats, fb chats, emails, etc.

Last point about other proof - this will be your friends endorsing your relationship (may have attended your wedding/any events), ensure you also have photographs with them. Your social media posts for those events, etc.
