Hi just have a quick question about the said form. So we've been trying to complete the checklist and came across some items that doesn't apply to us and I can't decide if we should mark the box with a check even if it doesn't apply to us or just leave the box uncheck/blank?
I have attached a sample screenshot of items that doesn't apply. I put a red X mark on it for better understanding of what I mean. Hope someone can shed some light about this thanks a bunch
