Ive been under the working holiday visa since July 2012 (duration: 1 year). I got a job on August 2012 and Im still working here (February 2013). I would like to extend my stay here in Canada working with them, actually they are happy to help me with this. I just need to know what is the better option for extend my stay. Is LMO the best option? Are these steps corrects?
1. The employer has to advertise the position for 2 weeks on the job bank, before applying for a LMO.
Then the LMO application process

Is this the better way to extend my visa?.

Obtaining an LMO and then a new work permit is the best way to stay here, esp. if your employer is willing to apply for an LMO.

But, without more information on your occupation, we cannot comment on the process. There are different requirements for different types of jobs. Go here for more info -
