is there a way I can apply for study permit?
Yes - you can try. If you came here on a transit visa then it may be difficult to be approved since you have to demonstrate ties to your home country and IRCC may perceive what you've done as an abuse of the visa you've been granted.

The study permit application will need to be sent to a visa office outside of Canada (i.e. to the visa office response for your home country). The application cannot be processed by a visa office in Canada since you are here as a visitor.

To be approved, you will need to show a bank balance of at least $25,000 to cover first year tuition and living expenses. You will also need to make sure the program you are planning to take in Canada makes sense in light of your previous education and any work experience. You'll want to show ties to your home country (e.g. property, assets). You'll obviously need to be accepted by a school in Canada before you can apply for the study permit.

I am not sure, may be domestic violence
If you're not sure, then you probably don't have grounds for a refugee claim. Domestic violence typically isn't grounds for a refugee claim.

You would only want to claim refugee status if you have a strong chance of being approved. Otherwise you'll end up being forced to leave and returning will be significantly more difficult, and this will likely impact travel to other countries.

what are the chances of PNP if I manage to get 400 CSR ?
It's really impossible to say. However you should certainly try to increase your score to 400. You'll have a better chance of getting PNP with a score of 400 than 330.

for studying in less than 6 months course, one do not need a study permit, what if I enroll my self in such program and while studying apply for extension in study permit for longer period of program i.e 1 year or 8 months

You have no chance of being granted PR through economic programs like PNP while being in Canada illegally. You will need to leave Canada before applying.
OP is likely still legal at this time. Only entered a month ago.

Your question doesn't really make sense. If you want to take a course that is six months long, then you don't need a study permit (you also will not be abl to work while you study). If you want to take a longer program, then you need a study permit and have to follow the instructions I gave you previously, including showing $25,000 in savings to support your studies.
