If you're not sure, then you probably don't have grounds for a refugee claim. Domestic violence typically isn't grounds for a refugee claim.
You would only want to claim refugee status if you have a strong chance of being approved. Otherwise you'll end up being forced to leave and returning will be significantly more difficult, and this will likely impact travel to other countries.

It's really impossible to say. However you should certainly try to increase your score to 400. You'll have a better chance of getting PNP with a score of 400 than 330.

You have no chance of being granted PR through economic programs like PNP while being in Canada illegally. You will need to leave Canada before applying.

Your question doesn't really make sense. If you want to take a course that is six months long, then you don't need a study permit (you also will not be abl to work while you study). If you want to take a longer program, then you need a study permit and have to follow the instructions I gave you previously, including showing $25,000 in savings to support your studies.
