I sent in proof that I'm looking for a job and working with an employment agency. i sent in copies of my savings accounts showing we have money in the bank. i sent in proof of travel health insurance showing my husband wont be a burden on the public health system while here as a visitor. just to name a few things. It really depends on how many people you have to support. In my case the LICO threshhold for a family of 3 is 40,444$ per year.
LICO doesn’t apply to family sponsorship. Forfamily sponsorship you need to show that you have the ability to support your family without government help. Proof of savings, proof that you’re working, proof that your spouse has a job already lined up in Canada or has a realistic plan of how to get a job in Canada, proof that your family in Canada has the extra disposable income to help your family while you get established, etc. are all proof you can include
all these prooves need to be in order to file a spouse sponsorship?
I am waiting for my marriage certificate, my wife who is student is in Canada and I will apply for a spouse sponsorship once the marriage certificate arrives.

You don’t need all the documents listed but you will need to show how you will support yourselves. Do you and your wife have savings? Is your spouse close to graduating? If so she would be able to update her status when she is employed. Does she work part-time or during the summers? Sometimes spouses have a job lined up for when they arrive in Canada thanks to family or friends.
While most do not need to deal with LICO there is one scenario where you do. Anyways i was using my example and the amount to help. You still need to show some way of paying for your needs like food shelter utlities clothing etc. healthcare until you get your provincial cards etc. travel. How do you intend to pay for all that? Will family help you out in any areas? money in the bank? part time jobs? be as specific as possible in your letter and try and provide proof.
The only time LICO is required is if you are sponsoring grandchildren as well. You have to prove that you have the ability to support your family without government help.

If you are applying in.and you can show proof of your work history in Canada and savings in Canada. Many are Sponsoring outland so proof of a spouse working in Canada who can provide for their spouse is not an option.
We are legally married here in Canada and live together so I dont see any problem. She is on study permit
Of you have a longterm employment history in Canada and can show you can support both of you (housing, utilities, food, transportation, etc.) with your salary and won’t need government help you should include that proof in your application.

Being pregnant doesn‘t actually mean much. Unfortunately many marriages of conveniences get pregnant thinking that will secure immigration. Did you have an relationship in person before getting married? Did you have a ceremony that was fitting for your cultural beliefs? That will be considered. If you are the one sponsoring a student it isn’t an issue. Based on your previous posts it seemed as though a student was sponsoring you.

Well if a couple gets a kid that is pretty obvious. no one will get a kid just to sponsor the fake partner it is nonsense.

I have read cases where a baby is involved in the relationship and the partner left right after getting the PR. Believe or not. It happens.
