Graduation is this june 2019 after completing 1yr program.will apply for pgwp
What if pgwp gets denied? 1.What are other options?
2).if its denied does VO send a 30day removal order along with the refusal?
3)Can a decision by VO be appealed or student just have to apply again and hope another VO gets the file?

1) Why are you having doubts about PGWP being denied. As long as you apply within the 180 days after notification of completion of studies you are good to go. Your only options are:-

a) You leave Canada voluntarily and avoid a deportation order.
b) You get a ordinary work permit or another study permit or study permit extension for another program.
c) You stay in the country illegally and wait to be deported.

2) It would be preferable to voluntarily depart wouldn't it ?

3) Unless it's a mistake on the part of CIC most of the PGWP refusal cases can't be rectifiable.

There are many posts of refusals with people who get denied despite having all their documents together for various permits thats why i asked.
In a nutshell like sum up in few words what is Express entry? Too much wording in CIC site

It's not possible to sum up the rules I'm afraid. You will have to go through the rules. Also the rules have substantially changed and most reasons for refusal are not as likely now.

If you went to an elligable institution and didnt violate any of the PGWP rules there is almost no way you are getting denied. See your school advisors before submitting the application to make sure you have the correct stuff.

1)what is REGULAR WORK PERMIT?
2)What are rules for regular permit?
1) the correct term is closed work permit. You are only allowed to work for one employer as compared to PGWP which is a open work permit, the PGWP allows you to work for any employer.

2) Closed work permit requires a LMIA from your potential employer. This document states that there are no Canadian citizens or permanent residents who can do your job and the wage you are earning is as market conditions. This will take 6 months and you need someone willing to get it for you.

If you haven't done anything wrong then you just need to relax. A forum is a place where people ask for help, so you will see a lot of people posting when they have problems.

If you are going to complete your course without any issues while having only having worked 20 hours per week when you were studying then you have nothing to worry about. In that case the chances of being rejected are almost nil.

Was there a reason she waited more than 180 days to apply?

Anyway - at this point it doesn't really matter. If she wants to stay and work, she would need to find an employer willing to go through the LMIA process.
