If I leave the country for 2 weeks intervals

Do I have to report that in my Citizenship application application?
I have already included it in the days calculator with the reason of absence
and does not look good on the application as it shows like it is 1 whole month with no dates

You should be truthful when you list your days outside Canada. If they think you are being dishonest about something, they will go through your application with a fine tooth comb.
