If I have Masters, do I need to get ECA report for Bachelors or not?

Hi,

I have a Masters degree from US and Bachelors from India. Do I need to submit both for the ECA report, or just the Masters will suffice?

I will be applying through WES, and with Indian Universities they seem to take really long time. So, just wanted to know if getting the report for Masters degree will be enough?
