if I could not get holiday for 4 years , how can I do?

my bf who is citizen couldn't get holiday for 4 years this job.
I am wondering How we can do?

1. can we go work BC ? what kind of compensation we can get?
2. I know Canadian should get 2 weeks holiday for a year. so we can require out boss about 8 weeks holiday for paycheck?
