No sign of IETLS testing opening in US and website says, testing has been suspended for rest of the year. I tried CELPIP website, as someone on the forum mentioned it, but they have no testing dates till August. What are the other options, My application packet is all ready, only testing has become the chokehold.

There aren't any other options. You need either IELTS or CELPIP test results.
