IELTS required for Citizenship?

hello friends,
Please can you advise if IELTS is required for Citizenship ?
I came to Canada as student, and I successfully completed my Masters Degree from registered university. Soon, I am going to be eligible for citizenship if I do not go on vacation and add up more days outside Canada.I have IELTS results which is 3-4years old, which I used for my PR application.

Please advise what are the requirements for student like me with regards to language skills in Citizenship application,

I did see the requirement on CIC website but I am little confused :/

You do not need your IELTS (which is not valid for citizenship anyway if it is the academic version)
Since you completed masters degree in canada, send a copy of the certificate!

I graduated from an English-or French-language high school/college/university. What can I use to show that I can communicate in one of the official languages when I apply for citizenship?
You may send a transcript, diploma or certificate showing that you graduated from a secondary school or from a post-secondary program in Canada or abroad. These materials must show that the program was in English or French. A single course in an official language is not enough to meet this requirement.
