Yes, I have the point for a year experience. But it is not enough because of my age and not all my language test scores are over CLB9, so don't have the additional points.
You can take the language test again, after preparing for it, to increase your points. And once you have two years of work experience you get more points too.

Only thing I can try to improve is the language from 108/136 to as much as I can.
I would not be able to work over 2 years, that's the limitation of the permit.
