I am a candidate for International Experience in Canda. I have fulfilled all the details and upload all the documents. However, each category has the status "Uploaded - not submitted to IRCC" and there is not any submit button on the page. There is any problem with the website or I forgot something?. Also, there is a category of Letter of Explanation which is optional and I have not uploaded anything. May is the cause that the submit button has not reveal?
