ICT Application applied from UAE, What is the Current Processing Time

HI All,

I have applied for ICT Program with GSS with NOC Code 0621, My Consultant Applied for Job Offer and Submit my ICT Application on 23-Sep-2021 I have got Biometric appointment for 25-Sep-2021, After That No update

Application Submitted on 23-Sep-2021, Without Police Clearance Certificate and without Medical Exam
Biometric on 25-Sep-2021
Applied Online from ***United Arab Emirates**

Now in govt website work permit processing timeline shows 46 weeks.....is that correct ? Anyone got Close Work Permit Decision / Approval recently ?
