I need to know if I can open a file with ICAS while I have an EOI with CRS score of 389. WES evaluated my Bachelors but my Masters from Sikkim Manipal University is not recognized by WES because of which I have such low score. I want to get the Masters evaluated by ICAS now but I need to know if it will affect my current EOI..please share some input guys
