I want apply for TRV but my sister is a refugee

Dear friends,
I applied for canada visa 2 times but my application rejected. I have an invitation to attend a competition in July 2020, but my sisters file a refugee claim in canada few weeks ago.

Any one know if my TRV application will be effected as my sisters both apply for refugee or it doesnt matter for IRCC.

I appreciate if you can give me some idea.

Unfortunately, you can expect all TRV apps to be refused, as you will be seen as a high risk to claim asylum as well. Their decision will affect all temporary apps from their family members.

It sounds like your application/profile had issues even before your sister's refugee claim.

Unfortunately you have pretty much zero chance given the two previous refusals and the fact your sister has now claimed refugee status in Canada.
