I Recieved PR Medical. After medical, how long it will take to get PR?

Hi, I was sent my application under Federal Skilled worker category on april 2013. I recieved acknowlogemnt on may 15th 2013. In last dec 20, they started my application process.

Today ( 11.01.2014). I recieved medical and it's says, completed initial assesment of my application. and they expect finalize without personal interview.

I want to know, how long it will take to process my application after medical ?

My work permit is going to expire on April . Should i extend my work using this PR process??

Please advise...

Same here ... It usually takes from 1-3 months for them to send you PPR ( Passport request) and then another 15-30 days to send your passports back. But recently they're trying to finalize the files that they have fast. I've read on a lot of forums that most people who received there medical in Jan 2014 then sent them and got the e-cas : "Medical exam result received" had there passports requested in 15-30 days and then got them back in 10 days max !

Hi , I applied for FSW from inside Canada as well in February 2013, we did medicals December 2013 and until now we have not heard anything back, its over 3 months and our status has not even been updated on ECAS to medical received. What is the progress with your own PR application

Just wondering if any one of u had any luck in your application being further processed after medicals sent. I am also in the same boat where I sent my medicals on 17th june 2014 and no status update nor passport request yet.

I did my medicals on 17th June and got the "medicals received" line on July 11th.

Waiting on passport request. Don't know when to expect it...

I send my pass port on 13 February 2104 till to day on 21st july I have not received my pass port back from delhi visa office. after 5 months I have not received my pass port back. I have filed my applicatioin for FSW 2013. can any one help me ? how long visa office can hold applicant pass port for visa stamping?

I have seen some posts on this forum about people's passports being kept for a year!! Unfortunately, there's no saying how long it will take..

In our case process was little bit delayed because i had a passport which was little bit damaged and after submitting medical VO asked us to submit a new passport. There is no specific timeline about how long it takes to get PR after you submit medical because it depend on many factors including how was your medical!

Ireceived mail from DELHIIMMIGRATION@international.gc.caon 5 February 2014 I send my medical, police clearance certificate I paid my RPRF FEES and send my pass port on 20 February.

Hi, my wife and I started our application under PhD stream on January 25, 2013. the process timeline was:

March 10,2014 --> asked for complementary docs (I missed this email)
May 4,2014 --> asked again for complementary docs.
June 3,2014 --> Eligibility confirmation email and RPR fee was requested
June 4,2014 --> Medical forms were sent from CIC
June 25,2014 --> Medical results were submitted to CIC
July 2,2014 --> my CIC status has been changed to "Medical results have been received"

since then, I emailed them once and asked for update or passport request and they just tell me your file is in the regularity timeline and better to keep your correspondence with CIC to a minimum ;D. well, I know many who receive their PR after medical results have been received in 14 days and some others in 30 days. at least it didn't work for me yet.
