Thank you BrazilianGirl, I cannot wait for this process to be over very soon. I believe we will get our answers soon.

Thanks BrazilianGirl for your sweet note. I will keep you guys updated once I hear something. I wish you the same thing and trust that you receive your COPR too. For Sweden, Simb and BrazilianGirl I have another question too. My husband's Home address changed to my canadian when I log in with his UCI. Does it mean it is a good sign too?

yes it is

its usually when they have issued a copr. (i mean printed)

Simb you mean when the address of the Applicant changed to the sponsor, it is when they printed the COPR?

Usually it is. (as I read in other threads)
but you never know about the VO, its upto them.
but it surely means that you are just near of ending the process. so its good news.

I am happy to hear that Simb. I believe that you will be alright very soon after your interview Simb.

I got my gcms notes few weeks ago and that showed that they requested medical extension.. so waiting for the extension.
As per Visa Officer told me just the medicals were left in my file...
so hopefully she doesnt come up with something else in my file

That sounds like a good plan Simb. In my case I have all positive signals that they almost there but the PR status Application still says Application Received. I am a bit confused.

Amanda10, don't rely on e-cas. I've heard of some people that had their visa in hands and e-cas still said "application received" or "in process". So don't worry.

Wow that is a good news BrazilianGirl, I was actually depressed of how long it will take to update from Application Received to In Process or DM.

Oh yes. I agree with you BrazilianGirl
Ecas is never up to date.. rarely it gets updated ON TIME

BrazilianGirl and Simb you are right, because the letter which we received said that once we deliver that form they will make a decision but my Ecas status is still Application Received. Now I know that the agent who is in charge of my file does not even pay attention on updating it. He has been working on my file since January when he or she sent me an email to let me know that my file has been updated. Sometime Ecas is very stressful.

Hello Amanda10

i read from your earlier posts that your husband's ecas has canadian address now.
can you please tell me . does it show like the full address or just the city, province ?

I got my Decision Made today and my ecas changed my current home address.. it just shows city, province not the whole address like house number, street number , etc

If you can reply me back what it shows on your husband's ecas..
Thanks in advance

hi guys I have a few questions and please enlighten me:( first regarding the LC2 form . I already sent the details through email and apparently they didn't response to my email. Second question is , 2011 i was graduated and 21 year old that time and right after march i was enrolled again and now still in school because of the policy for being a dependant.(do you think I'm on the right track?). 2013 ,i'm already 23y/o and still attending school. please help guys last question, my mom is in quebec she said that there would be different papers coming from quebec and from the immigration of canada. :( this is so confusing and I want to have a job already.

it's normal. The first UCI is assigned to the sponsor at the first stage.
The second UCI is assigned to the applicant when the file is being looked at. So - that's good news! :-) somebody is working on your file.
Good luck,
Sweden

Hi Sweden,

so in this case, I recieved an email from CIC but it was for my spouse that is being sponsored, along with the UCI # and our file number... (which is same as mine anyway)

I wonder, is that the AOR? because the email was pretty much the same as the email they sent me when i got my SA, all english followed by french...then on my spouse's email, it states if any questions or changes to contact the visa section of the embassy...so does that mean this was issued by the VO abroad??? or CIC in MIssissauga?

im skeptical, i want to but i dont want to send an inquiry,.

thanks
:)
