I need some advice on how to get admission there

Hello, my name is Syed Murad Ali Shah and Im doing BS(BA) from COMSATS Uni. with 3.16 CGPA at the end of second semester.
I wanted to ask

1. Am I eligible for any scholerships in Canada if I want to transfer my degree from here to there and If not then how much CGPA would I need and in which semster can I transfer my degree.

2. Can I transfer my courses to a university there without any scholerships because I believe one can support himself with part time jobs?

Remember if you are a student you can only work 20hrs per week and it has to be on campus. No "regular" jobs off campus are allowed at all. It's part of what you sign when you arrive in Canada.

Scholarships if any would go to Citizens or permanent residents not international students.

You cannot expect to support yourself in Canada only with a part time job you need to have sufficient funds to pay course fees of 15000-18000 CDN per year plus 10000 CDN per year living expenses . Being able to show you have access to these funds is part of the application process .
