I have a bachelor degree but i am applying for electromechanical technician diploma

The reason is because I have zero work experience in electrical engineering, this program does not exist in my home country, I can't apply for a masters degree due to low GPA but this program will make me eligible afterwards. Do you think I'll be accepted by the IRCC

Impossible to say but not having any work experience doesn’t justify why you want to pay a significant amount of money to come to Canada to do a diploma that would be an inferior degree and would not lead to career advancement.
