No neither am I licenced practicioner in my country nor do I intend to become one. After working as an audit associate I did my masters in marketing but I've worked in marketing for only 9 months and I had to quit my job in February because of some family emergency. So technically i do have another NOC but currently I am not working. Would nine months be enough of work experience for a NOC?

Total work ex is 3.2 years(2.3 months in audit and 9 months in marketing post masters).

You can use the NOC if you have one year, continuous, paid, experience. You need an ECA for your highest degree so MComm.

Guys ! I have a similar issue. I have 2+ years of experience as Quality Engineer. I come under noc code 21321 which is eligible for STEM draws. But my doubt is in the employment requirements of the noc code it says P.Eng is required for approving drawing and to practice as an engineer. Do I need to have P.Eng licence in order to get PR through this stream ? My job doesn’t require any P.Eng. I’m totally confused. Please help me regarding this. I come under CEC Class.

Instead of statcan, you should always check your NOC at IRCC NOC website : https://noc.esdc.gc.ca/Structure/NocProfile?objectid=gJCJBq3RNQsB3DwCUV9vSShJ85n7dYK3Zi6Ecp/YZVI=

Secondly, The P.Eng license is required if you want to work in a regulated job profession. For Express Entry, P.Eng is not mandatory.
