I am having H1B- Need assistance

Hi ,

I am having H1B and currently I am working from USA and I am in IT sector.
My petition has been approved up to 2019 end.
I had 1.8 months experience in Canada. I was there in Canada during 2013 to 2015. I want to move permanently to Canada, Is there any way to do it using H1B?

The H-1B is a non-immigrant visa to work in the US.
You cannot use this to move to Canada.

Your H1B is irrelevant for Canada immigration. But given your CA work experience, you have a good chance getting it through express entry. You just have to give IELTS and evaluate your educations.
