I raised a query to CIC on monday....to add my spouse name in my application.Please let me know long i need to wait for the reply.moreover if they will start processing spouse appllication when can i expect my medical....... it will take time

if you try search button with words "adding my spouse" you will get lot of information.
Meanwhile, they take their own time in replying. But adding spouse will delay medicals by 2-3 months in some cases it was less. But its
better than adding after PR. As it takes more than 13 month for your spouse to get PR in that scenario
