You seem to be closely right. However, I checked couple of colleges and couldn't find if they specify the same. check program 3435 & 3425 at Centennial and program 20331 at Humber. Check with some colleges over the phone or via email if you are eligible.

That is quite true because while getting visa, they ll question you about change of core..... they ll check the relation between what you studied and what you are about to study... so that way it ll create prob in getting visa....

that's why SOP is so important or what else you can do is, you can apply with a course matching with your past education and apply for the visa basis the same. Once you get the visa, you can always change the course/college which will cost you just a nominal fee of 400 to 900 CAD dollars and changing course or college doesn't have an impact on your work permit or PR application and you do not need to apply for another study permit as well.

i got refusal last year because of less band score.....in refusal letter there was only one reason......language ability.....last time my course was wireless info networkin...and one thing one i also got 6 month training about telecommunication,....

share your complete profile please. schooling years and marks, bca completion year and marks, any backlongs, date of last visa application, venue, latest IELTS score in detial.

10+2-65%(arts)
BCA-72% WITH 3 back logs..in 2011
applied for sep 2012..got refusal on 1 august 2012
ielts ....6.0 bands overall...l and r-5.5 ...w and s-6.0...
applied for wireless info networking (fleming college)
reason was ---will not leave ....other reason....not satisfied that you possess sufficient abilities in the english language to succed in chosen program..
after that i gave exam again in oct and got result in nov,,,first week...
new results....overall-7.0..L-8.0, r-6.0, w and s- 6.5...
after that from jan 2013 m taking training in telecommunication...through ZCC chandigarh...and it will be completed on 17 may 2013 ...(6 months)
now applied in two colleges sheridan and humber ...got offer from sheriden in project management amd wating for humber in wireless telecommunications...

your IELTS score now is good enough. Though there is a concern, your 12th year of education is in Arts and then BCA. Hope your BCA was a regular, one. But your percentage over all is good to go. Now, project management course in Sheridan is good for you to go. Sheridan is just 30 to 40 odd kms from humber. Even if you make it in sheridan, you can always move to different program. Though this 6 months program you talked about in Chandigarh can certainly help you boost your application for wireless, though ZCC is not accredit for 1 year regular programs but are good at providing hands on experience as their ties with industries are good (this is my own opinion, i may be wrong, please consult other sources too). However, CHC considers any one year diploma or certificate. Yet, if you are really really interested, seriously interested in wireless only, I would say you wait for Humber's response and in the mean time, make a very strong SOP mentioning why this wireless program, why Canada...

thx for ur suggestion bro ...i dont want to take any risk..so i will apply for project management .....would it effect that i choose different this time???instead of wireless telecommunications...

As mentioned earlier, you need to prepare a strong SOP mentioning why Project Management now, you also need to draw VO's attention towards co-relation between this course and your aim. Also mention in the SOP the scope of Project Management in India and if possible, if you can get a letter from ZCC that they will hire you after completion of this course, this will support your case very well and prove your intentions of coming back to India.
