Hello all,

I have a request to obtain I-94 to show all of my US travels.
I went to the website and plugged in all my info and it showed that "No record found for traveler"
I have emailed FOIA as well as CBO to request my I-94.
Did I follow the correct procedures to obtain I-94 and if so, how long does it take to obtain my I-94?

Thank you all for your help.

As far as I know , mailing CBP will not help as they can make corrections to i94 but cannot do anything with travel history.
To get Entry/Exit records you need to create FOIA request .

Hi i am applying for my Citizenship this month. For info on my trips to the US i logged on to i94 and was able to see the trips.

Do i still have to apply to FOIA for "official" info or is the info showing on i94 enough for me to fill my travel details?

I used to be able to see all my trips on there but it all disappeared after I got my nexus card. Now, I just make a ATIP request to CBSA instead as CBSA and CBP share data so CBSA has all exit records from CBP

I'd like to ask the same question:

1) When your travel history is shown at the web-site, you can click "Print" but full history will be transformed in a very brief chart with dates only. Is it enough for IRCC?
2) I have an idea to make screen shots of this page of the full travel history and save as PDF - does anyone have this experience?
3) I also saved PDF for Most Recent travel and it was saved as a very informative chart.
Will these manipulations work or we need to obtain official report from the Department of Homeland Security?

Thanks to everyone for comments and sharing their experience.

Di you got that information and did CIC accepted that?

yes you can get your travel records free of charge from CBSA by making an ATIP request. You don't need to submit this to CIC. Its for your own help in filling out the application/presence calculator. CIC will later ask CBSA for this data independently when they are processing your application.

Canada ans US have an agreement of not showing information to those people that has a permanent resident or worker in Canada, personal protections.
