How to Withdraw PNP application under CIC without AOR ?

I am in weird situation, I sent my paper file to CIC on January 17, 2017 and received express entry invitation, now as I am still waiting for AOR, how can I cancel my paper application and avoid application fees for both ?

Please help me, your help would be greatly appreciated

Hello,

You will be charged for PNP application prior to AOR. It is non refundable

I would stay with bcpnp if I were you, since you already got the nomination. You'd have to decline the nomination first and apply for EE.
