We could really do with some help here.
We sent my daughters pr card for urgent application in nov 2015. It was sent back as she had missed a signature. After she had signed it we sent it again but did not write urgent on the envelope. After waiting for a month we called Cic centre and the agent told us that her application may have gone for normal processing so he advised us to make a new application and send it for urgent processing as we had to travel. We did as advised and now her new application is approved and the card has come to local office and we have an appointment to pick it next month.
Today we received an e mail from Cic that they have received my daughters application ( I believe it's the old one). What should we do now? How to withdraw this application? Should we call the call centre?
Any suggestions? We would really appreciate your input.
