How can we send the live in caregiver application in Manila? Is via courier or we need to call the embassy and someone will pick it up?? Thank you

You need to call VFS. Here's the number +6327894900. Well, you can directly go to their office or u can send your app thru courier. Depends on you. :)

The applicant is located at Ilo Ilo. Maybe she can send it via courier? Which is better??

Yes, she can send it thru courier but really need to contact VFS first. If you want there is a Canadian Embassy in Cebu. :)
