How to reschedule an Interview ?

Apologies if this topic has been discussed here before. Please provide a link to a thread if this has been discussed.

So my parents just got an invitation for their interview (they are above 65 years of age). Its on May 9th. But they are currently not in Canada and will return in 2 months from now.

So how can I get their interviews rescheduled ?

Use the web form to notify IRCC of the absence and when they will return.

Hi,

Did you get any reply for rescheduling? After how many days they replied?

Even i am in the same boat. I am outside canada
