I am not Qorax, but i know the answer to you question. yes they will post it to you friends address. Mine was posted to my friend and he scanned and sent to my e.mail.

Most of these websites mentioned have inbuilt forms that they prompt you to fill. However in case you do need to fill in separately the form is available here:

Another website offering even cheaper CAIPS services is http://www.lawpoint.ca/
 
My representative asked for $50 to request the CAIPS report, I was disappointed, and especially that he is one of the good ones in Canada!

Of course I did not proceed with it.

Thats what, I am also planning to do. I have heard that it is acceptable.
