I have an issue. MIDI Quebec sent out my renewed CSQ to my previous representative agent in Quebec who was terminated by my local immigration agent without my knowledge. The previous representative agent in Quebec then returned my CSQ to MIDI Quebec.
My new representative agent dealing with the federal government has written to MIDI Quebec asking for my CSQ to be delivered to Malaysia but so far they have not replied. I have personally written to MIDI and they still have not replied. I have also called MIDI and I was told my status cannot be checked.
I would like to know how I can obtain a renewed CSQ if I am not getting any response from MIDI Quebec?
