how to link citizenship AOR application number to cic gckey account?

hello, I am trying to link AOR application number received in email from CIC but I am unable to add to CIC gic account,
All I see is following option when I tried to link account:

q1 can we even link the citizenship application number to cic gc account?


q2 if no, then how to check progress of citizenship application
