I need a useful information about the UCI number that I have to use in linking my application, I have UCI number that is on my biometric letter and UCI number on my AOR stating that my application have been sent to Accra, am confused on which UCI number should I use? Use the application number (begins with F). The UCI on the AOR is for the sponsor, not the PA.

I’m trying to link my application with GCkey account but not work . My refugee claim accept after that I apply for PR also I received my acknowledgement of receipt the application number start with G number. My wife and my children also include in my application but they are not in Canada . In sub category I select family class (Spouses) then I wrote my application details but not work .

Hello,

I had the same problem but I found out what the issue was. The page is extremely sensitive to the details on your passport. You need to fill in the names of applicants/sponsors, names of place of birth in the exact same way as mentioned on your passport. If it is all in upper cases in your passport, then you need to write it the same way in the form. Copying exactly from my passport helped me in linking my application after several attempts. Also, number of people in the very last section of the form should be including you.

Hello , I am the sponsor and I received the application returned ( missing a little detail ) but on the letter they sent along with application I have a UCI number . I am trying to link this UCI , but I am not sure to use my name ( sponsor ) or applicant ? Keep in mind that they return the documents to me ( sponsor ) since I also act as representative.So the letter is addressed to me . Thank you

In my case, my app was received in December, got AOR Feb and was just able to link it today!

I'm confused about the whole Passport Info thing. In the form for linking your application to your account it says to enter the "City/Town" exactly as it appears on my passport. I'm a US citizen and only the state I was born in is listed. My Canadian wife's passport shows the city in Canada she was born in.

In spite of it asking for the city, do I enter the state instead?

If you select Application number and Family name, then select passport from the drop down, there is no place to for city town. Just country of issue, number and dates.
