How to good fingerprints Notarized for Certification of Good Conduct (U.A.E.)

So, about getting the fingerprint card notarized. I too went to a notary, and they were confused about notarizing the form (RCMP- c216). So, whoever got it notarized did so by taking a notary to the fingerprinting police station?

I was speaking to an agent that I found online, who said my form does not require notarizing as it depends on the location of the police station i got my fingerprints done.

I am confused!
