How to get WES done for BITS PILANI?

Hi guys,
I am trying to get WES done for my BE from bits pilani. While visiting ARCD it says that they can send transcripts directly to universities. But I would like to know:

1. Will the same thing work for this as well?
2. Will those transcripts be Attested as well?

2. Will those transcripts be Attested as well?

The transcripts should be issued by University and can be sent to WES by either you or Univ.
