How to get transcripts from Punjab technical university

Hi,

I am applying to a university in Canada and they need sealed transcripts from my last university i.e. Punjab Technical University. Can anyone please share process and there experience in getting transcripts from PTU in sealed envelop?

requested transcripts for my BA from PU last month

they have charged 500x3 = 1500 for dmc's and 150 for form

where as i have received following status from WES

Statement of Marks

Not Accepted

The document received only contains a partial record of your study program. Subjects taken and grades earned for part of the study were not included.

Please resubmit a complete document that lists all subjects taken and grades earned for each year of the program according to the requirements for your country of education.
