How to get t4 without CRA account

Its my first time filing my taxes.
How do i get a lost t4 from a previous year without a CRA account.
I cant create a CRA account to view my t4 online because iv'e never filed before so i never got a N.O.A

and i lost one t4 from 2017, how do i get that back without a CRA account?

Copies of T4 are kept on file with the CRA regardless if you have a my account. They are linked two ways , via SIN and employers payroll #
You can attempt to call in and get a copy of the T4, but ONLY if you pass security , if you don’t pass security , you’ll have to put your request in writing to your tax centre
Have you reached out to that previous employer, they have to keep a copy on file with them
