how to get original docs back after rejection from CHC ND ?

I have written case specific email twice to CHC ND to send me back original docs but no response yet. Ideally CHC ND should return on their own but not sure why they have not done

Please advise on how to get original work ex documents back.

Hi PMM,

The link you shared is for May 2012 guideline. But I have sent original documents in Aug 2010 and some documents like work experience letter were required in originals only. I checked the checklist for 2010 and it is NOT mentioned in the checklist that original won't be returned like the way it is mentioned in May 2012 guideline.

Please advise for the way out.
