Hi all, I got my ECA done from CES in 2016 and had requested them to send the original directly to my immigration consultant in Canada. I did not receive my copy of the report due to an issue with my address.
My application was declined due to the negligence of my consultant and I have now created a new profile that I plan to continue myself.
I do not have the original report of ECA, only a copy that the consultant sent me on email. I'm chasing them to send me the original report, however, I'm not too hopeful.
Is it possible to ask CES to provide another original copy of the ECA report directly to me?
