You will have to read through each program to determine what is required to qualify to apply. If you don't have time / feel uncomfortable doing this research yourself, then I would recommend that you hire an immigration consultant or lawyer to assist you.
If you are currently a student with no experience - then it is unlikely that you qualify to apply to immigrate. Also, it is unrealistic to think that you will be able to immigrate to Canada by August 2014. The application process takes longer than that.
Since it's unlikely you qualify to immigrate, you may wish to consider coming to Canada temporarily on a student visa instead. You can find information about student visas here:
