HOW to find out which LOCATION is handling your case ?

I applied in Mississauga in 2019 and move to BC on 2020 and requested my case to be transferred but never got a confirmation.

I always got the generic answer.

Now I am wondering if this email came from Mississauga which has the HUGE BACKLOG from 2019

You can clearly see DNMIS which stands for Domestic Network Mississauga.
