How to fill up "funds available for stay"

I have 7000$ in my bank draft. And I am going to pay for my airfare which is 1500$. Do I need to put 7000$ in that question? Please help

You can't spend in Canada those 1500 can you? Then why would you annotate 7000 when you will only have 5500?
