Those reasons are vague; always apply to get your Visa Notes. For example, family ties could mean, how will you family survive when you're taking $11,000 away to Canada? -

That's right; it's IRCC to withdraw the first application, not us. The only group of people IRCC has authorized to withdraw applications, are those who no longer wish to travel to Canada!
