How to fill FSW Application form (Generic application form IIM 0008)

Dear all,

I need some guidance on how to fill the Generic application form IIM 0008, I have fill all the details and at the end I have click on Verify Tab.

I have bit confused there is an bar-code generated at the end, it's means I have fill the application form correctly ?

how to mention my name in regional language (Hindi )? If I am filling up the application on computer not manually?

Bro just print out form and just write with pen ... what ever language hindi or punjabi ... my bro did it that way ..
