How to extend spouse open work permit of BOWP principal applicant ?

Hi,
Can anyone guide us on how to extend spouse open workpermit of Principal applicant’s Bridging Open Work Permit (BOWP)?
Principal applicant (PA) also has to extend his work permit so he has to apply BOWP within 4 months. His current closed work permit will expired after 5 months and so his spouse’s open work permit too.
We got the link on Canada.gov on how apply BOWP online. But we have no idea how to apply to extend spouse’s open workpermit.
if you can provide link as well, it will be great.

Not sure if it helps, but I think only after you get your work permit then you can apply for your spouse work permit under C41 rule

What is the PA work status? Under which program? Assume PA has ITA.
