We are an outland applicant. Can someone please give us the phone number to call CIC? And not automated pre recorded conversation. It would be nice if someone tell how to connect with an agent on phone from Canada.

Almost every September applicant got their SA but we are left out. And it's high time to call them, I think.

You're going to get the call centre who won't be able to look into too many details of your application. You will not be speaking directly to a visa officer.

The correct procedure is to use the IRCC’s Web Form to request an update.

You are not out of the norm for processing times in your application process. You are only comparing with a few people. Would just wait every case has a different schedule. It doesn’t mean it will take you longer to get approved or denied. Personally would wait another month and if you haven’t heard anything by then send in a webform.

As others have pointed out. Calling will not help you and that is why I asked why you wanted to call.
