Currently I'm still waiting for an update for my police check (Hong Kong).
I requested it in HK weeks and they say it takes 4 weeks to be mailed out.
They mail it out directly to the address given on the request letter, so I have no tracking number what-so-ever (nor does the HK police).
Is there a phone number so I can call directly to check if they have received it?
The police check is send to the processing office in Sydney, NS.
(Case Processing Agent, Citizenship and Immigration Canada, CIO Correspondence, PO Box 8400 Sydney, NS Sydney)
I can't locate any phone number to contact them.
It's getting close to the deadline!! Please help!
